AERODROMES – (Annex 14) Volume II Heliports Amendment 4 aims at enhancing heliport safety and efficiency. The amended and new provisions cover: definitions; applicability (Note – not sure what this means); physical characteristics for surface-level heliports, elevated heliports, helidecks and shipboard heliports; obstacle limitation surfaces and sectors; requirements for helidecks and shipboard heliports; and visual aids for heliports. |
