Paris (France), 14 September – Mr Lino Lazo Silva reported for duty today to take up the position of Office Systems and Facilities Manager in the ICAO European and North Atlantic Office.

In his capacity of Office Systems and Facilities Manager, Mr. Silva will also be in charge of the Office’s Information Technology. He is a multi-skilled IT Engineer with a broad experience in cross-cultural environments with multinational corporations (such as Intel) and an excellent understanding of customer service and information technology global standards.

Lino, who is a Nicaraguan citizen, holds a Master Degree of Science in Industrial Engineering from the St. Petersburg State Forest-Technical Academy of and is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Russian.
